Most items are handmade to order. Please allow 2-4 business days for crafting before shipment. Once shipped, typical U.S. transit time is 2-5 business days with tracking.
What materials do you use, and are they safe for kids?
Our toys and accessories are primarily 3D-printed in PLA, a lightweight, plant-based plastic. Earring hardware is nickel-free~unless otherwise noted. Please supervise young children during play and avoid exposing items to high heat (dishwashers, hot cars).
Can your 3D-printed toys get wet?
Yes. They are water-resistant and can be rinsed or wiped clean. Dry thoroughly after contact with water and avoid prolonged soaking or high-heat environments.
Do you offer custom colors or themed bundles?
Often yes. Tell us your preferred colors or themes and we will confirm availability, pricing, and timeline. Custom orders may require additional processing time.
Can I get replacement parts or a single earring if one is lost?
We offer low-cost replacement parts (clips, hooks, key rings) and single earring replacements when possible. Provide your order number and a photo so we can match your item.
