Updated September 17, 2026. These revisions apply to orders placed after publication. Earlier orders remain subject to the policies presented at the time of purchase. Nothing in these policies limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available to verified retailers and resellers with a valid resale or tax ID number.
Minimum Orders
Opening order minimum: $150.
Reorder minimum: $100.
Pricing
Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared publicly. Retailers must follow the suggested retail price unless otherwise approved.
Payment Terms
All orders are prepaid unless credit terms are approved in writing. Accepted payments include credit/debit card, PayPal, or ACH.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is not charged on wholesale orders with a valid resale certificate on file.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days. Retailers are responsible for ordinary order shipping costs. MSC covers reasonable return shipping when a return is required for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claim. Report visible damage, defects, incorrect items, or shortages to info@mainstreetco.us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number, issue description, and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Report defects not reasonably discoverable in that period promptly after discovery. Applicable legal rights are not limited.
Returns
All wholesale sales are final. MSC manages damage, defect, incorrect-item, and shortage claims under the Returns and Refunds Policy. Resolutions may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund as appropriate. Do not return goods without MSC’s written instructions. Required monetary refunds will not be replaced with store credit.
Use of Branding and Content
Retailers may use approved product images and descriptions provided by Main Street Collective. Modifying logos or branding without consent is prohibited.
Account Maintenance
To remain active, accounts must place at least one order per calendar year. Inactive accounts may be deactivated.
Termination
Main Street Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale access for violations of these terms or misuse of our brand.
Agreement
By submitting a wholesale application or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
