Holiday Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Main Street Collective Mississippi LLC, 296 Beauvoir Road, STE 100 #5218, Biloxi, MS 39531, USA (the “Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period

October 24, 2026, 12:00 a.m. Central Time through November 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Entries submitted outside this period are ineligible. The Sponsor's receiving system time will determine receipt.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States age 18 or older at entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate household members, are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. Entry and Optional Referral Bonus

Base entry. Visit the official giveaway page and submit the free online entry form with your full name and valid email address during the Promotion Period. Limit one base entry per person, regardless of email address.

Referral bonus. An eligible entrant may earn one additional entry for each different eligible person they refer who independently submits a valid entry during the Promotion Period. The referred person must enter the email address used by the referring entrant in the form's optional “Referrer's giveaway email (optional)” field. The referring entrant must also have a valid base entry. Limit five verified referral bonus entries per person, for a maximum of six entries total.

Verification and attribution. Both people must satisfy these Official Rules. Each referred person may be credited to only one referring entrant, using the first valid referral identification received. Self-referrals, duplicate identities, automated or fictitious submissions, and referrals that cannot be matched to valid eligible entries do not qualify. Repeated form submissions do not create additional base entries or additional referral credit. Referral bonus entries are verified before the drawing; entering a referrer's email does not guarantee credit.

Earlier entries. All valid base entries received before this October 25, 2026 update remain valid. Earlier entrants may earn referral bonus entries on the same terms as other eligible entrants and do not need to submit another base entry. A person who entered before the referral field was available may identify their original referrer by emailing info@mainstreetco.us from the email address used for their entry, with subject “Holiday Giveaway Referral” and the referrer's entry email address. These referral identifications must arrive before the Promotion Period ends and are subject to the same verification and limits.

Optional participation. No purchase, newsletter subscription, social like, follow, share, tag, or invitation is required. Purchases and newsletter subscriptions do not earn entries or improve chances of winning. Likes, follows, shares, tags, and invitations alone do not earn entries; referral credit is awarded only for a verified eligible entry under this section.

5. Prize

One randomly selected eligible winner receives a $500 Main Street Collective gift card, approximate retail value $500 USD, redeemable toward eligible merchandise on mainstreetco.us. No cash redemption except as required by law. Gift-card expiration and redemption rights will comply with applicable federal and state law; the Sponsor will not impose a six-month expiration period unless confirmed lawful for this specific promotional card. Applicable sales taxes and any shipping charges not covered by the card are charged at checkout; winner is responsible for any legally applicable income taxes arising from the award.

6. Random Drawing and Odds

On or about December 1, 2026, Sponsor will select one potential winner at random from all valid base entries and verified referral bonus entries. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection. An entrant's chances depend on the number of eligible entries credited to that entrant and the total number of eligible entries in the drawing.

7. Notification

The potential winner will be contacted by email. Check spam and promotions folders. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification; otherwise, if ineligible or unreachable, Sponsor may select an alternate eligible winner at random. After verification, Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and last initial on its official Facebook and Instagram accounts.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected is used to administer the sweepstakes, verify entries, attribute and verify referral bonus entries, notify the winner and comply with applicable law. It is handled according to the Main Street Collective Privacy Policy. Marketing emails are optional and not a condition of entry. Information may be provided to service providers as necessary to administer the Promotion.

9. General Conditions

Subject to applicable law, Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate these rules or undermine the fair operation of the Promotion, and may suspend or modify the Promotion in the event of technical failures, fraud or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, using a fair alternative selection method if needed. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete submissions, transmission interruptions or incorrect entrant contact details. Entrants agree to release Sponsor and its agents from claims related to participation or prize use to the extent permitted by law.

10. Facebook and Instagram

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants release those platforms from liability in connection with the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law and Winner Information

These rules are governed by applicable Mississippi law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. For the confirmed winner's first name and last initial, email info@mainstreetco.us with subject “Holiday Giveaway Winner Request” within 30 days after the drawing.
